Product Care
Our all-weather-wicker furniture is constructed from synthetic material for durability and longer life span. We use man made poly which is ideal for all weather conditions. Specifically designed to overcome the problems found with natural weave (molding), poly rattan is unaffected by weather conditions and the aluminium frame makes it corrosion free which is why we call it all-weather-wicker.
This means that our furniture can be used indoors or outdoors without concern for the prevailing weather conditions. Being UV resistant, they will not fade.
For seasonally cleaning, use warm soapy water and a cloth to clean off dust and build up. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and polish with a dry cloth. Do not use anything abrasive.

Cushions:
Our comfortable cushions are water-repellent but we do not recommend leaving the cushions outdoors exposed directly to rain.
The fabric should be washed regularly before substances such as dirt and food particles are allowed to accumulate on and become embedded in the fabric. This practice will eliminate the need for more frequent vigorous cleaning.
They are washable at 30° C or dry-clean. They cannot be tumble-dried.
If fabric has some wrinkling, it can be ironed on the synthetic setting. As some irons exceed the recommended 37° C on the synthetic setting, we recommend testing a small inconspicuous area before ironing the entire piece. Do not use a steamer or iron set to steam setting.
